HOT WATER

4:30am, Sept 3,2010...We are early on the streets waiting for the rest of the team. It was a hot dawn, and we feel the sweat sliding through our skin, as we loiter on the petrol station carpark, we never stopped discussing our plans for the shoot. We are excited...

After nearly 2 and a half hours of fast driving, we reach our destination. We were astonished by the beauty of the seashore. The team quickly unpacked the gears and wasted no time as we head down the waters. It was still very hot and the sun was very quick to shine above us.
At first, our mentor, Sir Rocky, got a little disappointed since the sun is already too bright to do a seascape. He felt that it was too late for us. Little did he noticed that it was a race against time. Yes...it is to bright to do a "long exposure" shoot...but we are only minutes away from our desired shot. Borrowing the filters that Sir Rocky brought, I quickly landed a spot and started shooting...and the results did not disappoint me at all. At times that we feel is the most unfortunate is the time that we realize that there is a different opportunity.

After staying for about an hour and a half, we headed on track to scout for potential locations for our next workshop. Our search landed us on the shores of Mussandam,Oman. It was a shooting paradise. Blue green waters, pristine sands and a background of grundgy mountains. It was a sweet spot. I told myself that I will comeback on that location for a prenup shoot.

PIPS, here me up!!! any couple who wanted to do a shoot with me at that location?
